This class includes 30 minutes of Les Mills Body Pump and 30 minutes of Les Mills Core.

BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Les Mills Core™ is 360 degrees of pure core, but not as you know it. Les Mills Core™ is an innovative workout that will transform the muscles of your torso, hips, and glutes into a power house of support for the rest of your body.

Scientifically tested to improve your stability, elevate speed, and assist with injury prevention. you feel strong, agile, and connected after every workout.

Available as a 15–45-minute workout that combines body weight exercises, and optional weight plates and bands. Les Mills Core™ offers all levels of fitness.
